Shipping and insurance charges will be added to the cost of your art purchase. Each item will be packed and shipped to you insured. Most items being shipped within the United States will cost less than $30. All art work purchases will include a letter of authenticity for the artist. Please note the following:
- Original artwork on paper will be shipped rolled.
- Prints on paper or canvas will be shipped rolled.
- Large framed items, sculptures and some ceramics may require special packaging and will cost more to ship - contact us for information about the additional shipping costs.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Art Connoisseurs. Digital images on a computer screen may not accurately depict subtle nuances in some art works. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase and the following is our art work purchase return policy:
- NO returns will be processed without the Return Authorization Form.
- Artwork must be undamaged and not altered in any manner.
- Complete the Return Authorization Form (included with your shipment) and return it with the art work. We cannot process your return without it.
- Items must be returned within five (5) days of the receipt of the art work(s) purchase with the Return Authorization Form, original box and all essential components insured.
- Full refunds will reflect an adjustment for shipping charges. If your item is damaged upon receipt, you will have to contact us. We will give you a return pick up authorization. When the return item is received, with the Return Authorization Form, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser's credit card.
Order Cancellation:
